Interest Rates are not the problem

It’s Financial Friday This week we’ve seen interest rates come down a bit which is great news, but it you are holding off buying because of them… it’s time to stop and realize you are paying interest, it’s just to your landlord.

Recently I’ve seen some people talk about it is more affordable to rent than to buy. If you are looking
strictly at “shelter cost” this can be true.

However what these people never talk about is Tax Advantages of Homeownership and Equity Appreciation.

By buying a home, you can lock in your monthly housing costs and bid farewell to those pesky rent hikes. That stability is a game-changer.

In the end, it all boils down to this: your housing payments are an investment, and you’ve got a choice to make. Do you want to invest in yourself or your landlord?

When you factor in home values consistently rising, plus the opportunity to get relief from never-ending rent hikes, homeownership can be a path to financial security.

We don’t know how long higher rates are going to be here, but we know this… The days of those low, low rates are gone! When rates come down a flood of homebuyers will hit the market, causing home prices to rise and in SoCal they rise fast

If you are in a stable position at work and plan to stay in the area for the next few years and are tired of rent hikes… let’s look at the possibilities of what you can do.

Remember there are options to get the rate down. But working with a Lender and Agent who know how to structure the right offer is imperative to your success.

Homeownership is an important aspect to your financial growth.. Time works in your favor. I am simply here to help you capture it.
